As local, regional, and global inequalities continue to widen, young people have shown they still have the resilience and imagination to dream of a fairer and brighter future. These aspirations, however, are not always heard. Gavin Choong, recently appointed as the Australian Youth Representative to the UN for 2024, plans to spend this year travelling around the country to collect the opinions and ideas of young Australians, and share them with a wider audience.
