My name is Shahida. I just finished high school and I am looking forward to starting university in 2020. 

I joined the WH&Y Commission so that I could work with people who are as passionate as I am about helping young people with their mental health. I want everyone to know that teenagers currently have the highest rates of mental health disorders. It is very important to help and understand them by creating a positive and supportive environment.
