About

Hey there, I’m Jason. I've graduated high school and am now studying Medicine at Western Sydney University. Compared to other aspects of health such as infant and elderly care, adolescent health has traditionally been overlooked. Working with WH&Y, I hope to help the Commission bridge the gaps in healthcare for young people, doing whatever I can to help the group realise its goal of giving youth health the attention it requires and deserves. 

Events I've been a part of: 

  • WH&Y Recruitment for 2022 Intake
  • Discussed with Ms Julia Finn (NSW Shadow Minister of Youth) about the impacts of COVID on young people outlined in WH&Y's 2021 Commission Report.  
  • Participated in the September "Research Methods and Ethics" workshop
