Dr Brad Ridout is a Senior Research Fellow with the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney, and Deputy Chair and co-founder of the Cyberpsychology Research Group. Brad completed his PhD research at the University of Sydney, and was the first in the world to demonstrate that Facebook can be used to facilitate social norm interventions to reduce problem drinking in young people.
 
Brad's main research focus is developing accessible evidence-based e-mental health treatments using social media, virtual reality and other digital health technologies.
