Maia Giordano is the Executive Officer of the Australian Association for Adolescent Health (AAAH). She has worked extensively in non-profit peak bodies and local government over the past 15 years and has expertise in child rights, young people’s engagement in decision-making, and collaborative partnerships between services, community and government stakeholders. Prior to taking up her role with AAAH, Maia worked at Young and Resilient Research Centre, Western Sydney University, leading the WH&Y Commission’s work, scaling youth engagement in advancing adolescent health research.
